Our Conference guests will be able to make a room reservation by phone.  Please identify yourselves as part of the Group (Case Management Society of America), when making your reservations through The Hotel at Arundel Preserve’s Reservations Center, 1-888-624-4011.  The room rate for a Standard Room (King/Queen), is $145.00 (plus taxes).  This is good for April 28, 2016.  Upgraded rooms may be offered at the time of reservation for an additional fee.  The cancellation of guaranteed reservations must be received 24 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a charge of one night’s room and tax.  Rooms must be reserved prior to Friday, April 8th.
